2. 'Service' refers to the entire recruitment and job search activities of the Center for corporate and individual members.

The “Center” may amend these Terms and Conditions to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms, the Framework Act on Electronic Commerce, the Electronic Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization, etc., the Act on Door-to-Door Sales, etc., and the Consumer Protection Act. there is.
3. When the “Center” revises the terms and conditions, the date of application and the reason for the revision are specified and the new terms and conditions are notified on the access screen of “this service”.
4. “Members” have the right to reject the changed terms and conditions. "Members" may express their intention to refuse within 15 days of the notice of the changed terms and conditions. If a "member" refuses, the "center" may terminate the contract with the "member" after prior notice to the "member" by setting a period of 15 days. If the "member" continues to use the "service" without expressing his or her intention to refuse, it is regarded as agreeing to the changed terms and conditions.
5. Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Guidelines for Consumer Protection in Electronic Transactions established by the government and related laws or commercial practices.

- Job advertisements of companies that have received damage from users such as multi-level, forced sales and false job advertisements

4. The “Center” has the right to deny the right to use the service according to the “User” at its own discretion.
1. The “Center” may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of maintenance, replacement, breakdown of information and communication facilities such as computers, or loss of communication.
2. In case of service interruption pursuant to the preceding clause 1, “Center” notifies “members” of the suspension in advance through a bulletin board or e-mail. However, exceptions are made in the case of interruption of service due to circumstances unpredictable by the “Center”. The “Center” shall not be held liable for damages to “Members” caused by service interruption in Paragraph 1 unless intentional or negligent.
1. If the “Center” notifies “users” in relation to the use of this service, it can be done with the e-mail address of “members”.
2. If the “Center” notifies an unspecified number of members in relation to the use of this service, it can be substituted for individual notification by posting on the bulletin board of “this service” for more than 7 days.

3. Avoid false registration by stealing the business registration number or trade name of another company.
4. Members must not use the member's information obtained from this site for any purpose other than the purpose of hiring employees.
5. You must not provide false job information, such as false job advertisements or false job conditions.
6. If a "Member" recognizes that his or her additional information is stolen or used by a third party, he or she must notify the "Center" without delay and follow the instructions of the "Center".
1. Personnel (recruitment) agencies similar to these, such as talent dispatch, headhunting, and outsourcing, cannot be used except for the talent DB and job posting services separately set forth in the “Center”.
2. If it is determined that the company is likely to abuse the talent DB, such as an insurance company, a credit card company, a sales company through telemarketing, or an academy, the service provided by the talent DB cannot be used.
3. The use of the talent DB should be limited to the purpose of recruitment.
4. You cannot steal another company's business registration number or trade name, or arbitrarily transfer or rent the talent DB search authority.
5. In case of violation of the above, all services are automatically stopped and the “Center” may claim for damages and take legal actions.
1. “Center” does not use personal information or provide it to a third party for purposes other than the scope or purpose specified in these terms and conditions or in violation of relevant laws and regulations without the consent of “users”.
In the following cases, the "Center" may terminate the subscription or suspend the service of the relevant corporate member.
1. Providing data that is different from the facts.
2. In case of defamation of other services and “Center”.
1. If the “center” suffers damages or is liable for damages to a third party due to the member’s failure to fulfill its obligations under these terms and conditions, the “member” compensates the “center” for the entire amount above.
2. The "Center" shall not be liable for any damages to the members in relation to the services provided, unless such damages are caused by the "Center"'s gross negligence.
1. “Center” shall not be liable for any damages incurred to “Members” without intention or negligence of “Center” in relation to “Service” and use of “Service”.
1. “Center” reflects legitimate opinions or complaints raised by “members” and does its best to compensate for the damages.
2. “Center” strives to promptly process complaints and opinions submitted by “members”. If prompt processing is difficult, "members" will be notified of the reason and processing schedule as soon as possible.
1. A lawsuit regarding a dispute between the “Center” and “Members” shall be filed in the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act and other related laws.
2. Korean law applies to disputes in this article.
